Location:
Long Beach Island - an 18 mile long island at exit 63 on the Garden State Parkway.  Considered the premier beach resort on the NJ coast.  Less than two hours from New York City and Philadelphia and only 45 minutes North of Atlantic City.

24th Street in Ship Bottom - only 4 minutes from the bridge on to the island makes this an easy arrival / departure location as opposed to other area of the island that add another 45 minutes to the trip.  Everything within a couple of blocks - Grocery, ice cream, miniature golf, liquor store, bank, post office, bagels / donuts / coffee, shopping / souvenirs / gifts, etc.

138 East 24th Street - just 20 yards from the beach on a quiet street that dead ends at the beach.  Technically Sunny Escape is 3rd house from the ocean but in reality we are 2nd.  This is because the house on the east side is set so far back in their lot that it is basically "invisible" to us.
